Terms of Use

MVP version. This text is a starting point and must be reviewed by a legal professional before a public launch.

1. What RichMood is

RichMood is a platform that connects people willing to pay off debts for others ("Givers") with people who need financial help ("Seekers"). In this version, no payments are processed on the platform.

2. Requests

• Seekers must provide truthful information. Misleading requests are removed.
• Every request is reviewed by the RichMood team before being published, and may be rejected or unpublished at any time.
• A debt is only marked as paid off after an administrator confirms the payments and records proof of settlement.

3. Pledges

When a Giver selects "Pay this debt", they register a non-binding intent to pay. The RichMood team contacts the Giver with secure payment instructions. Pledges can be cancelled until the payment is confirmed.

4. Privacy

• Your e-mail address, documents and proofs are never shown publicly.
• Supporting documents are visible only to you and to the RichMood review team.
• Passwords are handled exclusively by Firebase Authentication and are never stored by RichMood.
• You can request deletion of your personal data at any time.

5. Conduct

Harassment, fraud, and requests for illegal purposes are not allowed and lead to account suspension.
